I bought a Sprint PPC6700 that he was paid 200 for to flash and setup. He can not get it working now and I paid 72.0 to get a cricket account started. I am now out 272.00 and he has quite a few other phones. I do not want to see him scam anyone else so please be careful!

He sells these phones flashed etc which he did do, however it can not be programed unless you know the code to do so. He claims he did not know this, I provided him with this proof:

He was sent this information weeks ago and after emailing and leaving messages I finally got him to answer the phone when I called from another number. He said his tech was to call me and gave me this number:
520-270-2238 It goes straight to a voice mail system.
He now again refuses to answer. I did not want to think he was a scammer as the gentlemen was older but after this it is plainly obvious that he is not going to handle this issue. So I am letting others know about it. I am sure he will flag it so I am posting it on local forums, myspace, the autolog, everywhere I can to make sure this gentleman stops scamming others as well as ripoffreport.com He also sent me many emails apologizing and promising to fix this problem after I started posting this but only if I would remove it. That was Saturday here it is Tuesday and he is again ignoring me and has gotten nothing done as always.
If he has scammed you let me know. There is not a lot we can do alone but if we come together we can make sure he stops doing this to others!

Quite a few have come forward. I have been talking to legal council about this and he is def interested in the claims of Slander Mr. Lehman makes against me while taking the recorded phone calls, emails and other items telling him not to contact me yet he does every day telling me how he has more resources and threatening me with making my life hell.
The report on Ripoffreport.com will never be removed and I hope all those i send the link to who have sent me emails describing other activities by him
(Ignoring problems with phones, selling broken phones, taking money and not answering. I got over 6 responses to just my first batch of posting weeks ago. Its only growing. Please do not buy the lies. Right now he may be trying to clean up for show but he is a Scammer and always will be. He is now trying to claim I stole from him. I have just forwarded it to the lawyer with the emails and phone calls I recorded. Slander might just work against Mr. Lehman. As well as the phone message he left me.
Lets keep adding more users together and get this scammer off Craigs list and everywhere else. And some one please tell the gentleman how to wear his shirt right side out!

This goes to show...NEVER use a "flashed" phone on a cellular network. You can NEVER get a guarantee that it works 100% with the network. Typically, they cause more problems than they solve. The only reason why people get them is to try and avoid paying for a brand new phone with a new cellular company.
With Cricket, you WILL pay one way or another when you try to activate a "flashed" phone. Their system is sophisticated enough to tell the difference between authentic "Cricket" phones (phones manufactured specifically for Cricket's network) and those that are "flashed" (also called "Never Been Cricket" phones). People think they're saving a buck or two, but in reality, they're more headache than they're worth.....trust me.

I challenge people to do a quick search on here for Elliot, Tucson. Elliot LOOOVEEES this crap and loves to talk crap about others when really HE is the one that is the scammer!!
