Richard Salesky burned me for over $12,000.00. I discovered Mr. Salesky selling on ebay.com a year ago last January. I bought thousands of $ of inventory to sell on ebay without problems and thought he was a reputable business. In May of last year he quit shipping my products and kept the money I had sent him. He promissed to return my money every week but still has not done so. I have agreed to accept payments on this, but none have ever been sent. I took this to my attorney here in South Dakota only to once again have him not comply with an agreement to send me a payment. This resulted in another $500.00 paid to my attorney. I am at my witts end because he has effectivly broke my business and I. I don't even have money to pay my attorney his fees. I am a disabled person who is about to lose my home, my car.
