Richard Skinner Richard Allen Skinner Fraud, HIV, AIDS, Con Palm Springs California

When I first met Richard Skinner, AKA Ricard Allen Skinner, in Palm Springs, I thought he was a nice guy.  IT did'nt take long to learn that everything he was telling me was a flat out lie.  He said he owned a house in Ohio.  But as it turns out he doesn't own a house.  He doesn't even own a car.

I was fooled into believing that he would pay me back the $15,000 that's I loaned him to pay his rent and other medical bills.  Richard is nothing but a liar.  He lied to me about his HIV status.  He's been spreading his AIDS to men in Palm Springs area.  I know that for sure because I lived with him in his one bedroom apartment on Palm Canyon Drive.  I had to move out after he threatened me with violence.  I asked him to pay me back the money I loaned him, then he got physically violent with me.  I had to move out of the apartment.

I suing Richard Skinner in Riverside Courts to try to get my money back.  i should never have loaned him any money.  I quit his job and collects welfare so now I'm not sure if I will be able to get me money back.  

I will seek to garnish his wages and bank account if anyone knows of his information.

Richard has chihuahua dog named MinnyMay.  So if you know him, stay away as he is only trouble and a liar.  Do not loan him any money as he will rip you off as he as done some many times with other men over the years.
