Avoid Richard Wall of Richard Wall Realtors like the Plague!
It amazes me that in an industry such as Real Estate that has been hit hard by the recent economic downturn that the way to attract more customers and get deals closed faster is to follow the laws and ethics of the profession. I have to Say that Richard Wall of Richard Wall Realtors is probably one of the worst I have ever seen.
Richard Wall of Richard Wall Realtors hides behind quaint sayings like My
goal is to not only meet your needs, but exceed your expectations." I'm
all about being a team player, and try to go the extra yard for all my
good friends. Then like a person suffering a mental disorder does the exact opposite. Richard Wall of Richard Wall Realtors has one thing and only one thing on his mind at any time. "How best can I make the fastest buck and everyone else can go get screwed."
What is more disturbing is Richard Wall of Richard Wall Realtors will say that on his web site he says "I'm
a very happy person that thrives on going after what I want. I set
challenging goals, focus on living a well balanced life and live life to
the fullest. My motto is you are what you focus on, and I focus on
extreme happiness & BLISS!!!"
Richard Wall of Richard Wall Realtors is very sneaky in his conversations. He will talk nice and then after a minute or two will start to wind up starting with mild accusations at first then a little profanity. After about 5 minutes he's throwing out more vile language than Chris Rock at a comedy club. It gets to the point that you say this guy has some real issues. Now if you don't take his call he will leave you a 2 to 5 minute email cussing at you and insulting your lineage. If He doesn't get his satisfaction then he will write you a multipage email telling you how great he is while insulting you, your client and heck just about everyone else he can except.... himself of course.
He will go on to brag about how many Real Estate transactions that he has closed in X past years. What is really strange about this is that is that he seems to be completely oblivious to the Privacy and RESPA Acts and demands to know the most intimate details of everyone in the transaction. When you decline to give him what he wants he calls you incessantly and when he can't get a hold of you writes you long belittling emails that never end about how he has everyones best interest at heart and if you could just disclose the private information that he asks or allow him to solve your problem by using a service provider so he can get a kickback.
One would say whoa! Kick backs do I have proof. In a word No. I have found that through experience that the first person to accuse another of something is usually guilty of it themselves and that is exactly what Richard Wall of Richard Wall Realtors does.
I also find it very strange that for someone who has closed so many transactions in so many years won't even answer his phone during the day? Could it be that he has another job because he's treated so many people so badly in the past that it is catching up with him. Hmmmm... Something to ponder.
My Best advise to someone considering buying a home in Houston or Sugar Land is that any listing that has Richard Wall of Richard Wall Realtors on it is to just click on another page or drive on by... Unless you want to have to deal with a foul-mouthed unprofessional person then by all means choose Richard for all of your real estate needs.

This report is nothing but LIES!
AUTHOR: Richard Wall - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, October 15, 2011
This claim is nothing but lies from a NACA (organization helps buyers finance homes)employee who I think got fired for lying to my client and I about closing on his home. This ended up costing my seller thousands of dollars, and I fought hard to help him get his home closed.
The following is my story. I was the listing agent on 8210 Windy Dunes,Houston, Texas 77071, and got a contract from Regina Whitmill (who is now the office manager for the Houston office of NACA) that was executed June 28, 2010. We agreed upon a closing date of August 12, 2010. This gave NACA over 6 weeks to close on this loan.
My seller put together a contingency contract on another property to close the same time. My sellers jumped through lots of hoops for NACA, and made lots of repairs, and went ahead and fixed extra things in the house just to go the extra yard for the buyer, since NACA makes the seller fix everything on the inspection report.
Regina Whitmill (agent for buyer and office manager for NACA, Tellas Blaze (loan officer) and Lee Walker (counselor) told me and my seller that Ms. Amy Gentry was 100% approved. They said that NACA doesn't ever let a buyer look for a house, until they know 100% that she's approved. The
closer we got to the closing date of August 12, 2010, we found out that there
were a few conditions that had to be finalized. It was extremely incompetent how it was handled, because it was something that had already been inspected a week earlier. The closing date August 12, 2010 past by, and all 3 NACA employees previously discussed promised that we would be closing by the end of the next week.
My seller obviously had to put off their other closing, and beyond our control the other seller had moved out of their house. They were very upset we weren't closing after they moved out, and were
threatening to move back in and not sell them the house. Then another week went
by, and everyday we were told that we should be getting a clear to close within
a few days. My clients children had to start school, and needed to be registered
by the third week of August 2010. They were able to close on their other house,
but aren't in a position to carry 2 mortgages. They were calm, but stressing
out about getting the kids in their new school, and the wife had to go back to
work as a teacher. I talked to Lee Walker and Tellas, and they both told me it
would 100% close the following week, so I got my seller on the phone, so he
could hear it from both NACA employees that this loan would be closed by the
third week of August 2010 at the very latest. My clients didn't want to, but
they had been living out of suitcases for 2 weeks with 3 kids, and their life
was getting crazy, so they closed on their new house, because they were promised
to close the following week. That next week, we heard something was wrong with
the insurance, then the next week, it was the flood insurance.
We were told around August 15, 2010 that the regional supervisor was going to help them put a
rush on this file, but it was never done, or the regional supervisor forgot to
make the call. Then they told us the next 4 weeks that they were having problem getting the insurance company to get the right insurance, when it should only take a few hours not 4 weeks. At this point, I was fighting for my client because they would never answer their phones after they lied to us on the phone. I ended up having to write the Director of NACA, and I heard it got some employees fired.
If you reread the report against me, you will see that they weren't my client, and you can probably read between the lines of their BS. I love selling real estate and I always put my clients needs in front of my own. This NACA employee is mad at me, because I was writing letters to everyone at NACA trying to get some answers. I was very professional but aggressively trying to get some answers. I've talked to several agents since then who try to avoid NACA like the plague.
I'm truely upset that this garbage was said about me from an incompetent employee at NACA, who was obviously NOT MY CLIENT. I should be able to go after NACA for this slander from one of their employees and I would love to know what my rights are. I think Rip Off report can be a good thing if the reports have merit, but this is nothing but a bunch of lies and I'd love to prove it in a court of law. Please let me know who you are that wrote this so that I can take the appropriate action.
