RichDad E-game Online Refuse to resolve issues with buggy non-functioning software Scottsdale AZ

This company sells a multiplayer online game that teaches finantial skills. FIrt of all they misrepresent them selves by not telling you that you need to keep their CD in your PC to play. This is difficult on ultralight laptops that lack CD's.

I have never been able to get the game to connect to their server. Their are numerous people complaining of the same problem in their discussion forums. I am very computer literate and have been more than accomidating in trying to resolve the issue and give them a chance to resolve the problem. They suggested that I send them the CD and that they would send me another one. They haven't sent it back and I have no way to even trouble shoot now. In addition they continue to charge $10 a month to belong to the game sharing service. I suggested they swap me even for the physical board game. That also is not an option. Basically they have a buggy piece of software that will not work for me. I have given them numerous outs and they refuse to act in a civil manner and totally lack any type of customer serice intelligence.

I will not be so nice next time as it just gets you thread upon.

I suggest you not do business with this company. And in general don't even waste you time trying to be civil. Just deny the charges and ask you credit card company for a charge back aginst them.
