I made contact with this firm and spoke to Sue Leonard and was provided a contract which I signed and returned on May 2, 2013 and transferred $3500 into their acct. I have the banking receipts.  I was advised they could provide 9 area scope of  ranging from: interest rate reduction, rate status change, balance reduction, extention of loan maturity date, payment reduction, forbearance, deed in lieu, trial modification, and By agreement Or refund to client whose complete loan restricted application is given a final denial by the lender which is whatbinreceived. The firm advised in writing to me on 2/28/13, that my file was placed in suspension and it the short sale goes through as planned, after escrow,closes on the transaction they issue a refund within 7-10 days. 

i was able to obtain a short sale approval without their assistance and I reached out again to provide them an update and to request a refund on 8/25/14 and 9/2/14  I have yet to receive a reply. I tried calling the number. The number is disconnected. I tried emailing the points of contact I have failed to recover a response.
