It is a shame that active report had to be filed against me... It's oh so common to blame the designer. And yes, I did run late with their website because of poor time managment. However, there were weeks on end where I asked for information from then to no avail.

Then there was an incident where her mother died, and yet another month rolled by before they got back to me. Certainly all of, the time issues were not my fault. Additionally, when a client cannot manage to give their designer any more information than "we want a tropical look" it leaves a very open-ended and unprofessinal manner in which to get their work work done.

Immediately, right after their vacation, I was immediatly hounded as to why the website done. I could not get a hold of them, thusly I was stuck in a status state—very unfinished.

Regardless of what many thing, good web design takes time... and between the lack of communication, and the internal confusion as to what they wanted, thinks started to go south.

Like children in the back of the car ("Are we there yet? Are we ther yet), it was a contant barrage of "Is it done yet? Is it done yet?" The answer had to be no. I had other clients, and couldn't focus soley on them.

And when I was finally able to start their project again, they dropped the announcement that about 800 products had to be included in their e-store. Well, since I am a one man band, I had to both build the site, format all the images, make pages for each of them, and make sure the prices were correct as well as the check out module.

To sum up: As to their comment, I stole their money and shattered their trust... What they didn't tell you is that I did,in fact, finish the entire site, charged them no money (steals?). As for "shattering" their trust... That's utter nonsense because we never met in person.

Finally... finally, these folks, Lisa & Mike Siemer thought it would be a great idea to complain on this site becase they were 'unhappy" with my performace that they used my home address, home phone number, my name rather than my company's name instead of the work contacts and facility. Really low brow.

I read all the rules and regulations for RipOff Report, but this has to change: I want my name, home address and home phone off of this site, and at the very least, replaced with my professional contacts/office.

Thanks for screwing up my good name as never anyone else has had any issueswith me.
