This company contacted me and let me know that I had been pre approved for a private loan. Once I was approved for the loan, I was then notified that in order for me to receive the loan I had to put down an insurance payment for the loan. I was given the option of three different prices. Since I needed a loan I chose to go with the most inexpensive one. I was told to send the money via western union. I was instructed by Natalie Boyd to send it to TorontoCanada to a lady named Tina McCuly. Natalie also made sure that I added a security question to the western union. I have never had to do a western union and did not know that a security question allows people to not show their IDs. So I have no way of tracking the person who accepted the money. Once that money was paid I was then told that the amount of money was now not enough and that I would have to go up to the next amount for insurance coverage. I did not feel comfortable at this point to give away anymore of my money so that I could get money. I ended up asking for my money back and was told that it would take up to four weeks for them to send back the money. It has now been well over four weeks and I have not received so much as a phone call letting me know where my money is. I have called them almost everyday for the past week and a half. I have also emailed the company letting them know that I was going to file a complaint and also contact BBB. This still prompted no response from the company. The only person I ever had contact with is Natalie Boyd. I never heard her speak of anyone else leading me to believe that she is taking the lead in all of this.
