I bought a 2013 Fiat Abarth at the end of Feb of this year. While buying car noticed it had no window sticker in it and 500 miles, no big deal as I figured it was a leftover maybe a demo.......so I ran VIN and noticed the car originally came with hyperblack 17 inch wheels and it now(at time of delivery) had 16 inch wheels on it. So they told me they "adjusted price accordingly" yea ok...nevertheless I reluctantly took delivery of car on their work they would make it right.

Now to be fair, my salesperson was very courteous and accommodating. I should have NEVER taken delivery of car. So some of blame is on me too.The rest of this place is awful.

Now I called dealership NUMEROUS times and got run around and over and over never got a call back. Two weeks go buy and not a return call, nothing. This is the point where I got Fiat North America involved. Fiat MADE the dealership get me wheels(in theory). I get to dealership and they tell me the black wheels are on back order and I have no choice to take white wheels from another car in stock. now I have a black stripe, black mirror covers and white wheels. After threaqtining the dealership again they swap covers and wheels from a poor soul on the lot. Now this is where it gets even more shady. I agree to time and date to get to studio to have stripe installed and I am thinking it is going to be an original stripe but they get some Joe Shmo sign shop to install their "version of stripe" and bring my car back around. I complain again and they refuse to make it right. I leave in total and complete disgust.

Now to present.....3 months later as I expected and expressed to studio guess what has happened.....yep STRIPE IS PEELING.......the studio is blowing me off again, not returning my calls, then I ask for general manager of studio some kid gets on line saying ill take a message for them and saying its not our responsibility..so sorry for your bad luck. I have been working with FIAT North America now for over 3 weeks trying to resolve this issue. I call FIAT North America today to see what has been going on and basically I'm SOL, nada, nothing because its not a factory part and to call the sign company who installed the crappy decals in first place to get replaced...I guess now every three months this crappy decal is going to peel and I will have to deal with this crap.

THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE BEGINNING WHEN THE STUDIO TRIED TO HIDE THE FACT THE CAR HAD DIFFERENT PARTS OTHER THAN DESCRIBED ON WINDOW STICKER, REFUSING TO GIVE ME WINDOW STICKER WHICH I KNOW FOR A FACT IS IN DEAL JACKET(MY FATHER SAW IT), SERVICE AFTER THE SALE IS A UTTER AND COMPLETE SHAM AND DOWN RIGHT INSULTING.

******DO NOT BUY FROM RICK CASE FIAT IN DAVIE/WESTON, FLORIDA*******************

They will take your money but after you are the red headed step child.............
