Rick Case Honda Selling a bad Motorcycle, after so many returnes taht did not help, ended up with a bad accident Davie Florida

About a year ago, I signed a purchase agreement with Rick Case, purchasing a Motor Bike. I turned in my cruiser and chose a different one. After finishing all the documentation part, I got on the bike on my way to work. It took just a few hundred yards for the bike to stall. I called Rick Case and they told me, just to bring it back to check what the problem was. The Bike had to be towed and I had to find a different way to get to work. After spending a few hours on the lot, the next day, I was promised that everything was OK with the bike now. My brother who is a very experienced bike rider warned me that this problem could cost me my life, and to insist that Rick Case will take the bike back, and give me one that is actually running. Talking numerous times to Rick Case was useless and I had to put up with this bike. How ever, this problem repeated daily, and I had to miss working days, because, it would just stop, out of the blue. Rick Case towed it again to their shop, returned it to me with a big smile that everything is OK now. "It was just sitting too long and clogged inside" they said. The problem did not stop, and Rick Case is just simply brushing me off with numerous '"xplanations". The bottom line was The bike was not running and continued to stall. The last time it stalled, was in a curve off the high way, which through me off the bike. I still can not use my right wrist. Thank God, I am alive. Rick Case knew what happened and sent their towing truck. They realized that I am alive, and did not waste their time chasing me with the payments. Needless to say that working for UPS, loosing the ability to lift packages, finished my UPS career. Now, Rick Case is continuing to send the collection threats, collection's lawyer yelling at me on the phone. I don't have the money and the time to fight them with an attorney. But, I would never return to this company. Well, you decide.
