RICK CASE HYUNDAI IN ATLANTA GA RIP OFF IN SELLING WRECKED CAR AS NEW DULUTH Georgia

we purchased a 2012 hyundai azera which was sitting in the showroom glittering. wa inqured about it and was told that the price for the vehical is less because it had a minor wreck from the backside and was repaired at the best bodyshop in Atlanta.As it was from the back side we showed interest in buying it.As there was wreck from backside as told by the dealership we asked for the CARFAX report to be on the safeside.They told us they will show it no problem. we waited for 3 hours but the could not produce the CARFAX report.After waitting for 3 long hours the sales person told us as it was 9PM . the MANAGER  has left and he can not take out the report .He told us we can take the delivery now and he will send us the report the next day.As it was our 3 car buying from the same dealership we trusted him and took the delivery at around 9=45PM as it was getting late.Next day we paid and took out the CARFAX report ourselves and found out that there was a MAJOR wreck from the frontside and the vehical had to be towed as it was disabled. We called them and they told us not to worry and and come tommorow and they will take care of the problem to our satisfaction.We went there before the time given to us.We contacted the sales person as well as the General Manager of the dealership (STEPAHN GRONBERG) Who was playing with a FOOTBALL YES FOOTBALL while at work and talking to us without paying any interest in what was our problem.We asked him to returne our vehical which we traded to buy this. He refused to do that as the car was not at the dealership.we told him that we will wait for our old car which was 2013 Hyundai sonata .He refused to do anything which will satisfy us. On top of all this he called POLICE ON US  surprised? Don't be this actually happened. POLICE has the report of this incident.Apart from all above they could not fix the problems we are having in this vehical even after promising us and take the vehical to some other dealer and not to come back. We are stuck with this vehical and still paying for it. pl. go to other dealers in Atlanta so you do not have to go through what we are going through. Who ever wants to verify any of above said details i have all the paperwork to support it and will be happy to share it with anybody.
