Rick horner ripped me off for $3,250 dollars and we hired him to take some pictures of our family members and it was supposed to only cost $750 and he charged our credit card 2 times in 2 different time frames the first time $750 and the 2nd time 6 months later for a whopping sum of $ 2500 to a grand total of $3,250 and I made a police report on you rick Horner and he can't be found anywhere in California at the moment. Hes a liar and theif and he uses people to do his dirty work, wouldn't be surprised if he bribes people to do bad things to people who are doin business with this sick man.

We also caught him taking photos of our children and we asked him why he was doin that and he said that the photos would be great for our collection and we said but the way u were doing it looked odd as if you were trying to be a creep about it and because he was behind his car with the trunk open and it just felt really oddballish and I almost wanted to kick his little butt, but I figured that maybe I was being a little over protected by it . I will never hire a private photographer ever again and sticking with a company who has a real reputation not some theif. He has a credit card scanner machine that he carries with him This man is very short and Jewish and talks a lot. Stay away from this man hes a liar and a crook and got me good for $3,250 dollars just amazing.
