Rick lee was refered to me by an acquaintance to help me issues I was having with my credit card processor. At first he seemed like a nice guy but after he started to get pushy and call me every day. Telling me if i didn't fix the isusse i had with my credit card merchant my insurance rates will go up and my credit score will go down.

He first quoted me a price of $17,000 then after 2 days he said he would do it for $8500. But he said the only way he can do it for that price is if i send it the next day and he said the only way i can send him the money is with a bank transfer whitch seemed strange because he owns a credit card processing company. But I was desperate to fix my company's issues. So on june 6th i sent him the $8500.

He did send me an email from a fake email not his company email which raised a red flag. I told him to send me back my money the next day and he said he will. But the next day came and he made up am excuse why he cant send it. He said he would send it the next day and again a new excuse. This went on for a week and i made a police report on him . Rick is a con artist and lie to the police. I have tons of proof on this problem. Till today i do not have my money. Its shocking how rick lee from ace processing deals with peoples banks all the time. Stay for away from this guy. Hes a scammer!
