i rented a home from rick which was unsafe due to water seepage, mold, flooding, sewage flooding, and the surrounding property flooding. rodent infestations, and he did nothing. we flooded with sewage on christmas eve and he stated it was my problem. this was due to the pipes leading to the sewer were blocked by roots. there was also a natural gas blockage which we had to deal with ourselves, as he was not available to repair. we had no hot water for 3 months due to this blockage and he stated it was my problem to resolve. he showed up to collect rent and when i confronted him with these issues, he called me a deadbeat loudly for the neighbors to hear. he is the cheating scam artist and i hope he pays for his mistakes someday
