some lady ran the ran light, and we hit her 55mph. I went to the hosptial and the next day I called , Rick McGuire office. Meet 3 days later a nice older man. I signed my Friend did not. anywY long story short,

i went to to the doctor's, go tan MRI, missed worked. Etc. all the great things that comes with someone else  Representing you. I did what I was suppose to, until the day I went to dr esse and he told me I had a tear in ine of my disc. 

me: ok so what to do?

doc: u can get a shot of Cortizone/Steroids 

me: I don't like needles. Do what would happen-how long will it take to heal w/the shot??and how how long if I don't take the shot??

doc: if u take it about 3-4months to heal, if u don't take it 5-6 month go heal.

me: ok I don't want it. I don't like meddles.

doc: u have tattoo's and u r afrade of meddles?

me: different kind of meddle and it's not in one of ur main vains. And I feel it inmy vane when it's in my arm.

They get made Becuz I didn't want the shot. I don't want a neddle in my arm or Steroids in my body.

so I try to explaine all this to 2 my friend what they told me. ( btw she already got her settlement from the influence)

 Plus and extra bounce fir her trouble. As for me 3 months later nothing. I have to call them or email them 5 times before I hear something back. Anyways when I try to explaine it I was confussing her and staring  to confuse my Myself. So since it was her car and she was driving. I called them on 3 way. Well I told them it was her car and she was driving. And I was talking to her about the whole thing. Right off the back they got quite. And they put this loud mouth lady to talk to me (geniehandley) she stated off very rude and disrespectful. 

Genie: r u going to leson to her or someone who deals with these cases everyday. 

friend: hey u don't have to be a b**** about.

she got offended. And hung up the phone. The next day I got a kettle from Rick/ or his assistant. 

Stating  my friend dose not know what she is talkin about, to lesson to them. So after my 2 appt. w/dr. Esse I went to there office and talk to them about my case. Well I had a into it with that Genie lady. But she was over talking me and would not let me say what I wanted to. And genie keep  Insisted that I take this shot, I told her I don't want to be shot up with steroids. She continues and tells me she had 10 of them. Ok that's u!!!! I don't want steroids and my body!! This is my case not ur's. It's about me. I even told them that I recorded everyrhing from the first time I ever call them, ever doc. App., etc..

And that's when We had some words and she try to kick me out the office.  But b4 I left I told them that they will not be  Representing me anymore and Gina needs to learn some respect and customer service. So for the last week I been trying to hire my friend that is a lawyer ( should if hire them in the first place) but I need a letter from them saying that they no longer represent me. I email Rick M, genie handley, and  chela (I flagged it, it was read),  they don't know who I am and who I know. I want my letter Rick McGuire  and Genie Handley ASAP!! So don't hire they lying and bully's
