Richard W Murray was referred by an awesome friend of mine.  He came to us with a story about he needed a bridge loan to be able to save his business until the next loan funds.  His credit was not where he could get any lending, so he directed his business partner Callie Stewart to sign a contract with my company to receive the services of consultation and loan processing. 

I'm not a lender, but I process loan requests to different lenders for a fee on the back end once the customer receives their funds.  Callie Stewart received $ 10,000.00 on February 13, 2019. She agreed verbally to pay the invoice later that evening or in the morning.  Right after the conversation with Callie Stewart then Richard W. Murray begins to harass and name calling by text. 

He stated she would not be paying because he claims we lied to him.  Well, Callie Stewart signed a contract stating she would pay after funding.  We have text messages back and forth with him explaining we needed to be paid after funding and not contingent on other approvals.  As of today, we haven't been paid our fee from the business partner. He texted us that we were idiots and just created a drama so that he can tell his business partner not to pay. 

I have spoken to several other people in my line of work and they confirm he doesn't want to pay for anything.  Please beware of this scammer he wants you to do the work but not pay.  He will tell you about real estate that he has or his partner has please please don't do any business with him.  He will not respect your time at all he will contact you at 10 p.m. 11:00 p.m. or 2:00 a.m. in the morning.  I have all receipts to prove my case if anyone is interested.
