In 2008 I was doing a lease purchase on a home through CRC Property Management, I put $4000 down and paid $1140 a month. Immediately the home begain to have plumbing issues and the gas could not be turned on becausee the stove had a major leak so I purchased a stove for the home. After speaking to Rick about the issues he stated that any repairs that I made to the property could be deducted from lease amount.

After a few months and after the deductions amounts from repairs were taken out Rick stated that he wanted all the monies but never agreed to make the necessary repairs. My neighbors stopped by to give me the name and number of a family that was in the home previously and said that I should call them. After speaking to the family I realized that the home would never be mine, they were scammed the same way. CRC filed an eviction against me beacuse of the monies that were being taken out for repairs. The judge said that he should be ashamed of himself for getting contracts from the internet and getting people to sign them.

I was given my $4000 back and he got the property back. He has a judgement on my credit report for the remainder of the contract for over $15k. He is a devil in disguse, and if anyone does business with him or CRC will deeply regret it. Hopefully there is an attorney out there that would be willing to file a class action lawsuit against him and his compnay. I'm sure that have made millions off this scam.
