Rideshare, Synergysmartgroup, Al Sanchez Al Sanchez Al Sanchez, Mary Bermudez with Rideshare Synergysmartgroup ripped us off, took $2,000.00 PETALUMA California

To whom it may concern,

This individual, for whom I invested in his company years ago to rescue him, promised to repay me by August of that year and never did. We had an agreement and it carried interest and he sent me checks which all bounced. He closed his account and never paid me back. At this point, if we include all the interest and penalties, it exceeds $100,000. Unfortunately, he had family problems and other challenges, but refused to repay me, the last time we spoke laughed at me on the phone and by message (yep, still got those).

It is time we all begin the process of taking this man to court if he is no longer interested in being a good American citizen. Even if he paid me $5,000 per month I'd be satisfied and might consider lowering his total sum owed to me, but I'm afraid it won't happen. 

Therefore, I want to warn everyone about this person called Al Sanchez who once operated a travel agency, then somethign else, then another, etc. He even bragged to me this rideshare effort was going to succeed, but refused to allow me to be the President and oversee its success and slowly acquire the money he owed me. 

BEWARE THIS SCAMMER!

YELLING? LOLOL... HE'S TELLING HIS FACTS EXTENSIVELY and you continue to not follow standard business practices so he is more than annoyed by your misbehavior. SO AM I. 

SEND ME MY MONEY BACK TO ME AND I'LL SEND RIP-OFF REPORTS AN UPDATE. UNTIL THEN I'LL RENEW THIS REGULARLY. Praying for you.

I will not go back and forth with you! We have hundreds of Auto body shops and 95% are happy with us. We have recieved numerous of positive emails from them and they would like to stay on the program with the new merger. We apologize that we couldn't satisfy your appetite. But, to go online and say that I scammed you is really not nice little buddy! So, stop speaking for other shops....Your upset! I get it! You paid for marketing service and it didn't pan out for you. But, let me ask you this? If I am scammer like you claim?? Then why would did I place you on our Rideshare Team App? On Google and Apple? Secondly, why did we partner up with the largest auto body estimating company you use?? 3rdly, Why did I list you on our network of Auto Body Approved Body Shops? 4th, Why would I list all of the approved aut body shops on my website??? Didn't you think I knew that you guys were going to know each-other?? It's obiouvsly I was providing a great service to the Uber and Lyft drivers..

YOU KNOW VERY WELL THAT IT CLEARLY "SAYS" NO GUARANTEES...YOU READ THE AGREEMENT AND THEN PROVIDED PAYMENT IN WHICH WE FULLY PROVIDED FOR OUR SERVICES..

Firstoff and foremost I thank you for taking this cowardly act against me with your false claims, that I AM SCAMMER....Yes I did inform you that you were going to get a refund, but the merger is taking place. Until, it finalizes which is in 2-3 weeks you will be refunded because new partners don't want you on the program , Due to your qualifications. Your upset because their kicking you off the program! Now, lets be clear here!!! I provided you with  a contract in which you reviewed or your lawyer and signed.  I never under any circumstances forced you or made any promises to you.

This is business model, that was working but needed more time and funding. Which now Rideshare Team is a fully funded copmany with new owners and high power investors. Nonetheless,this post clearly violates our agreement.So, thank you for sharing your name and business. Not only now will you not recieved a refund, but now we wil personally file a lawsuit you against you. It's going to cost you more then 2k. Instead, of taking your refund, you go publicly and use my name with false accusations....which is a clear violation of our agreement.
