I have a 2004 auto glide that was serviced by CITYCYCLES of Brooklyn NY
CITYCYCLES put 3 qts of oil into my bike that only takes 1/1/4 of a quart do you think that is overfilled? As a result my air filter was clogged with oil and my bike was running like s**t so I took my bike to a local dealer closer to my house and they drained the 3 qts and did some maintence. Then i needed brakes so they ordered brakes from RIDLEY in oklahoma and they were sent the wrong brakes not once but twice. Then i needed a rear signal Ridley sent a front signal. All this and Ridley took over a week to ship parts. My dealer has tried to call ridley to go over fixing the bike with a knowledgeable mechanic however my dealer said it was next to impossible to get a mechanic on the phone
I love this bike and get alot of great compliments on it at bike nights etc so I want to keep it I just wish Risley can satisfy me for my trouble
