Ridley Telephone Company ripoff fraudulent billing Kalamazoo Michigan

Ridley Telephone Company showed up on my bill several months ago, charging me $15.78 per month. I had never even heard of this company before, much less signed up for any services from them. The office number and address I have is in Michigan and I live in Texas. I finally got in touch with them today, March 24th, after several times of spending over any hour on the phone holding only to be hung up on. Today I waited on hold about 5 minutes, they were very professional and the lady I spoke with said she credited and cancelled the account. We'll see next month what happens. When I search Google for information on them I saw all these other people with similar complaints and had to do something. Companies should not be allowed to do things like this and they need to be stopped and made to pay us all back.
