Rodrigo Hicks Macias Valadez and Acqua Flamingos Nuevo Vallarta featuring in the fraud without an end.

Rodrigo Hicks Macias Valadez in conspiracy with Eduardo Valencia Castellano (the original developer of the building, who is now actually in Jail for fraud, organized a fake lawsuit 99/2013 in the court of Bucerias, Nayarit.

In just 3 months he adjudicated the company Acqua Flamingos and with the complicity of the Notary # 13 Jose Luis Bejar Fonseca from tepic and other notaries in Nayarit. He started to release deeds of units that belong to other owners, to people helping with his fraud such as Charles Baccichet, Raul Ruiz Gonzales, Ivan Becerra, Moises Israel Villar, Mauricio Magin Fuster Castaneiras and other people that never paid for the units.

When Rodrigo Hicks got possession of the company Acqua Flamingos he organized several illegal Owners Meetings where he appointed his people in the Board of Directors and started to collect illegal maintenance fees (that Hicks doesnt not even pay himself) not only for the units but even for the common areas that still don't dont have the deeds delivered to the homeowners.

Also Rodrigo Hicks Macias Valadez owns more then 70 units he not paying any maintenance fees for, the people that released the deeds illegally dont pay their fees either. Right now Rodrigo Hicks owes the administration

in total more than half million USD of maintenance fees for the units that he owns, and as his people control the Board he made a decision that he and his group are excempt from the payments linked to their illegally owned units.

By now the administration has more then 2 million USD in debts that Rodrigo Hicks is asking the legal homeowners to cover. Due to this fraud our properties are suffering a big devaluation, one big factor is the fact that all the people that they got illegal deeds are trying to sell the units the illegally possess at quickfire sale prices to avoid legal

problems and taxes. This is a a big mess that has been going on for years and for the legal owners that paid in full for our units and dont have the legal deed or in some situations even possession this is a robbery. Any legal steps that are taken by people who got ripped off get frustrated who are victim of Rodrigo Hicks fraud are frustreted by his connections with the authorities of the State of Nayarit that who dismiss any complaint against Rodrigo Hicks and his fraudulent group. We strongly suggest before you make any deal with Acqua Flamingos and Rodrigo Hicks to be very carrefull and avoid to buy units from him and his fraudulent group

Hicks one more time you and your group reply to accusations with false claims and accuse me and Mr. Guillermo of your frauds. First of all you didn't even address any of the points in the report. Also, you don't take in consideration that a lot of owners are totally against your illegal ways of managing the administration and common areas of Acqua Flamingos. You and your group didn't only steal units from the legal owners but you illegally "manage" the maintenance fees at your pleasure without giving any reasons or proof whatsoever where the funds go. You and all your group are not paying the maintenance fees for over 70 units alleging that they belong to Eduardo Valencia. That is a total fabrication, YOU are the owner of the company Acqua Flamingos, Valencia is in jail. Stop to playing the role of Robin Hood, anybody can tipe your name in the Web and can see who are you, I made your frauds public and I will continue to expose you until Justice is served.

Your fabrications aren't even convincing and aren't going to stop anybody from continuing to dig into your scams or trying to recover what you stole from innocent investors. Lies against me are NOT GOING TO WORK! Nobody is receiving any statements on the money that pays for maintenance, or receipts for the monies paid to the company. You are too greedy, I trusted you, but as was said in “Scarface,” a movie by another famous director, Brian De Palma: “Lesson No. 1: Don’t underestimate the other guy’s greed.” It will take time but believe me JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED.
