I am a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and have been for many years. I do not recommend this company whatsoever. They will make you pay for an entire monthly license just to have you bookkeeper or QuickBooks ProAdvisor talk to them. The QuickBooks file crashes multiple times whenever I use it.
Just today I have worked in the Rightnetworks login and it has crashed 5x in 1 1/2 hours. Rightnetworks will not help me unless the owner of the company gives up his login and gives it to me/the bookkeeper even though I only work a few times a month. This is a very uncooperative company and I sincerely hope that people who are considering them read the problems listed on this site.
There are many other cloud based companies to choose from without rightnetworks headaches.
