Myself along with several other sub-contractors in the South West Florida areas were scammed and not payed for work given to us by Right Trust Properties / Keith Staple.

Keith was obtaining Property Preservation and Field Service work from Fidelity Field service's, Five Brothers Field service's and First American Field Services. He then would send me the work orders to complete. Which in turn I did, and I completed then within the 24 hour deadline as instructed.

Keith stated several times that it would take aproximately 30 days to recieve payment from the Mortgage companies and other vendors. That can be the case in most aspcets of the Property Preservation business. He explained after the 30 day deadline I would recieve checks weekly from him for work completed. I recieved 2 checks totaling $400.00 which dosent even touch the amount of $3000.00 thats owed to me to date.

I have spoken with several people affilated with the companies he was obtaining work from and they have told me he was paid for the work I completed for him.

Now he has disconected his phone, Fax machine and email address. I urge each and everyone that is affieated with Keith Staple and Right Trust Properties to cut your ties with him and seek legel action as thats what we are doing now to hopefully obtain the money owed to us.

In this market there are two main things to make it and keep your head above the water line. Honesty and hard work, Keith Staple and Right Trust Properties does neither of those things. He will lie and then hide to avoid paying you. Just look at all the other post on here about him.

I've taken some time to really give thought to this compelling argument that the Thesolacegroup of Bonita Springs has made. I would like to set the record straight here once and for all. The company that I ran was very honest and there are many of contractors that would be willing to back up Right Trust properties. Thesolacegroup was simply a bad experience out of the many great contractors I've had do work for me. I'm not saying that thesolacegroup is a bad company but we experienced several problems with the jobs that we offered them. The number one problem we had was the "turnaround time". Thesolacegroup would be given an assignment and would accept the assignment knowing the due date, but would complete work 24 to 72 hours late if it was turned in at all. Not only that some work was not completed correctly. I would like to also address the $3000 that is claimed to be owed. There is no way that you can rack up fees that large from doing property inspections in that short period of time unless you were receiving hundreds of them. We did not have hundreds to give out. Also with the amount of money Thesolacegroup cost us we had to charge back money for incomplete and incorrectly completed jobs. If Thesolacegroup is still doing work in the mortgage field industry they must have learned by now the way this industry works. You do great work on time, you get paid. You do poor work and turn in late, you get charged back! Every company has gone through that transition to become a better company. I would like to also make it know that from the beginning when any contractor starts doing work for our company they were always made aware of how the pay works. As they mentioned in their statement it does take 30days from the day the job is submitted, but what is left out is that if we don't get paid for the job the contractor doesn't get paid for the job. That was always made clear and its the way business works.  As of 3 years ago, Right Trust Properties was dissolved. Good luck to all who wish to succeed in this industry, for it is challenging for the best of businessmen.
