I purchased a vehicle from Right Way Automotive, signed paperwork, gave a deposit, received license plates and i was approved and drove the car off the lot. the car begin to have problems, transmission and engine. I sent it to the dealer for repairs. Wendy who works at the dealership, called me and said i couldn't have the car back because she couldn't get loan. She came to my residence and picked up the loaner. this happened in a matter of 3 weeks. I changed jobs and she said the company said i could not have the car. I was a victim of Spot law. I purchased insurance, She was so unprofesional in dealing with me. In the meantime my car was in the shop on 3 occasions. I had personal belongings in the car and ask for them back. Well she would never call back and after 2 weeks she said the lot porter threw them away. No sorry, nothing. Her response was Oh Welll. Very unprofessional. The company that was fixing the car, patched up the transmission, gave it back and the same problem occurred. come to find out the transmission was no good. Now i am without a vehicle.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

the other side of the story....

AUTHOR: carsareus - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, January 26, 2012

1. The car was repoed because you never made the payments to the bank! It had nothing to do with any of the mechanical problems on the car which im not saying you didn't have but you never went without having a loaner car which you admitted having. The car was fixed by the dealers repair shop before you ever had to make a first payment. 2. As far as your belongings are concerned you say you left personal information in that car !Why would you leave personal items in a car that was going into a shop?! Its nobodys responsibility except yours to take care of those items! Grow up!

3. You say you changed jobs? You went from a legitimate job to a fabricated job. Which means you made it up! We checked.

Moral to the story....if your a liar karma will follow!
