Right Way Home Services Install new front door and side lights Sterling Heights Michigan

On March 20, 2015 my husband and I signed a contract with Noal Mercurio, president of Right Way Home Services, to replace our front doors with a single door with 2 side lights.  We paid $2097 in a personal check to the company and we were told that the door should be in 5-7 weeks.

Almost two months later, we are still waiting.  Approximately 10 days ago we were told the door was in but they were awaiting the door locks.  We have been unable to talk to anyone at the company since that time.  All phone mailboxes are full, or no one returns my call if I am able to leave a message on the extension for new business. 

I visited the company address and found no activity and no place to enter and talk to an employee.  I'm convinced that the company doesn't exist and the Mercurio is a con man.  I'm anticipating filing fraud charges against the company and Mercurio later this week.
