This company advertizes "free" trial offers for 30 days, and charged my account $136.80 on day one of the ordering of the "free trial". The "customer service representatives" said that they realize that they took our money( in one day), but they cannot return out mony that fast; and it will take up to 30 days for us to see our money again.
This is not just a scam, these people are preying on unsuspecting people that cannot read the bottom of the TV, or dont have the common sense not to give out a CC number to someone offering a "free offer".
There is more there are 2 charges to my account associated with RightSize. They shouw up as $1. 95 and $1.95 One is FUNSOURCE MONTHL 800-475-1942 MN and the other is *VALUE PLUS 800-475-1942 MN and come up as pending charges, so far. Charges that are pending have a way of changing in Amount.
I know that these two additional charges are from Rightsize, because the Rep gave me the information, but , only after being confronted with the question about them and quoting the complete discription of the charges.
Not fair practice, and should not be legal anywhere.
