Man, I was so close falling for this one! I am the President & CEO a corporation and this guy, Harry Vogel, found my website and products that we sell. He left a message for me stating that he liked our specialty products and wanted to bring it in for a focus group test, and to run commercials on NBC, CBS, FOX, blah, blah. I called him back and he proceeded to tell me that they were a national direct response messaging company, they do wholesale distribution, and all phone orders, and
more. Also, they wanted to give us 30, 60, 120 second TV commercials for free!

Thats right; he was going to buy our products and place them on TV for free. Also, Vogel told me they sold over $40 million in sales last year! Wow!

Vogel continued to tell me they had an independent focus group coming in on Monday and would be able to test the
product (we were talking on a Friday afternoon). He asked me to overnight him some product and a check for $700 for the focus group submission fee. Send him $700 overnight? So he is going to give me free commercials, free TV time and wants
me to send $700 right away for a focus group? Didnt they have $40 million in sales last year? Thats when I knew it was most likely a scam but I did not listen to my instinct.

I spent 40 minutes of my life that I will never get back buying what this guy was telling me. After I hung up the phone, I called my distribution center and told them I needed three cases sent to Right Way Shopping Network, 8249 Unit D Business Park Dr., Port St. Lucie, FL, 34952. My distribution center told me they were sending it asap!

So I started digging into the company to see what I could find. Phone number; not listed. Address: not listed nor anyone at that building doing any sort of business. No listing with Hoover, BBB, Linkedin, Facebook, Amazon, wiki but they have a great video of one of their products http://rightwayshoppingnetwork.com/Sample_Commercial.html

. Wow! But, here is that same product and video listed on this website http://www.ideavillage.com/spinspa.html

. Then I saw the writing on the wall: S C A M! Their website was weak for a $40 million company, no news about them, and the only product listed on the website was a duplicated.

I caught it in time not to lose my shareholders any money or product. I will report this fake company to the police in the morning. Remember: if someone is trying to make you act fast,

most likely it is a scam.
