RingCentral, Inc. They promised, they didn't deliver. Customer Service is HORRIBLE! Good Luck calling International!! San Mateo California

Ringcentral cannot fix a simple problem. They say my international calling is enabled but when I go to make a call it does not go through - I hear a fast busy signal. The number is correct as I can call it from many other phones - just not the one I specifically want to call from which is my soft phone with Ringcentral.
For one week now I have spent a lot of my time (more than anyone should have to) trying to get Ringcentral to fix my international calling. The customer service in the Tier 1 department are told to go through the same routine on each call so for a while I let them troubleshoot the problem but, ultimately they kept telling me the issue is for their Tier 2 department. So now when I call in I don't allow them to waste my or their time anymore.

I'd get transferred to their Tier 2 dept and no one would pick up and eventually the call ended by an automated message saying I had to leave a message.
Do the call back you ask? NO! They do not return calls. It's funny how the Tier 1 dept says that they'll personally make sure that this issue is looked at today but it never happens.

When I review the call log on their website for my number it shows "internal error" when I try to make an international call. However, domestic calls go through just fine... what a waste of my time!

I ask Ringcentral to fix it every day and I get the same none response every day. Nothing happens with my account. They promise to help and they don't help.
Tier 2? More like Tier WHO? Ringcentral does not know how to run a business or how to follow up on any customer issues.

What's really funny is that I had used Ringcentral at another company I owned because they are so easy to use - at least for domestic calls. I signed up with them again thinking that they'd be just a easy to use for INTERNATIONAL calls but it is not the case. At Ringcentral their left hand does not know what their right hand is doing.

Very disappointed!!
