Ringophone, Epinoisis Software Total Ripoff - No Replies to Several Contacts - Do NOT Purchase!!!!! Internet

I got a new cellphone and wanted to splurge and get ringtones. I found ringophone's site and browsed through their ringtones. Finding several that I wanted, I paid for the 6 month service and began the downloading process.

No ringtones. So I tried again. Nothing. I then checked my bank to make sure the payment had gone through. It had. So I contacted them through their online help guide and received an email that I would be contacted shortly. Never happened. I repeated this process two more times over the next couple of weeks.

After receiving no reply, I did some research and found that ringophone is part of epinoisis software. So I found their webpage with a phone number. Now, it's marked 'voice mail' and sure enough, you don't get the option to actually speak to anyone. So I politely left a message with full details as to my problem including that I'd sent 3 emails, gotten 3 replies that I would be contacted, and had gotten no contact.

No reply. So I left another voice mail, this one in a very firm voice advising that I was demanding a full and complete refund since I had not received either the ringtones or the courtesy of a reply from them.

I'm not holding my breath for an answer to that one either.
