Rio-slim ripped me off they charged my credit plus got my return and I got nothing Internet

I purchased the Rio-slim diet plan back in July 120day supply i've trid it for one month it did not work so I returned it just like they say you can .

I waited about three weeks nothing was credited back on my card so I called them they said they never received it this went on for about two weeks .

Then finally they had the return they said I would get credit back for $125.89 on my card witch I never did I kept calling and calling I was getting a run around from them.

I waited about two more days called back they said it was taking care of and it will appear on my card so I waited a week called my credit card company and they said there was no credit on there when I tried to call them back the number was disconnected.
