The National Healthcareer Association approached Rip-Off Report last month with the express purpose of resolving a (one in 19 years) Customer concern posted on Rip-off Report. Please note that National Healthcareer Association has been certifying healthcare professionals for over 19 years (200,000 Certified) after a recent mailing to the person who filed a Rip-off Report, it became apparent that The National Healthcareer Association is sincere in their commitment to remedy any and all concerns. Organization Executives stated to Rip-off Report that National Healthcareer Association has made a commitment to addressing any and all concerns involving any feed back they receive. These changes were implemented as a direct result of feedback they received from the Rip-off Report.
As a sign of their commitment, The National Healthcareer Association has recently created a sub department within their Quality control department called The Compliance Department, this position will help Certified Allied Healthcare professionals be able to clarify to employers or future employers what expertise the professional has accomplished by passing the Certification Exam.
