On December 16, 2011 I searched the web for hair extensions as a christmas gift. This web site appeared www.hairextensionsale.com/. This had all the items I look for when purchasing items on the web. The prodcuts looked good from what I could see and understand from the descriptions. I went ahead with the purchase. I immediately recieved emails from the company thanking me for my purchase and to be aware of the name of the company that is going to charge my bank account. The charge came out the next day from a totally different company. They sent an email regarding the tracking number on 12/17/2011. I felt like everything was running smoothly. I used the tracking number they gave me and checked the websites listed for the tracking which was the usps and intmail.183.com address. I saw the package was shipped on 12/19/2011. Great I'm excited the package is moving. Should be here by christmas...Awesome...not...it is now 1/19/2012 and I still do not have the package. I have emailed them, phoned them, however I never get to speak with anyone. The online chat session they offer so you can speak with someone is always off line....They do respond via email to my request, with pathetic statements such "sorry for the delay, but please wait a couple of days" that was on 1/12/2012 and I am so sorry, your order was delayed for the holdiays please wait a few more days. That was on 1/4/2012. I believe these are brush offs and they have no true compassion for the consumer . Their was never any pro action in trying to find out where my package is. No one has offered to credit me my money, or as a courtsey just re send what I bought. I have checked the mailing websites they gave me daily  and the shipment has not moved since 12/19/2011. I am a patient person but this is ridicoulus. Do not buy from this company, you will not get your product, you will not get your money back, but you will get poor service and a careless atttitude from this company...
