Risk Management Partners LTD Took over $3,000.00 of my money and did not settle my credit card acccounts! Irving Texas

In September of 2002 I signed up with Risk Management Partners LTD when they were a part of the Miracle Management Group in Scotsdale, Arizona. I paid a retainer fee of $699 and then paid them monthly payments of $200.00 to settle my credit card accounts. I was told to stop making payments to the creditors and they would work on settling the accounts.

They settled one of our seven accounts early on. The 6 remaining accounts have never been taken care of. Two of the accounts have been turned over to attorneys. One attorney sued me and won a judgment against me. The total amount due in the judgment is for way more than I ever owed the company in 2002. I paid the second attorney for the credit that was owed. I am sure it is a matter of time before the other 4 companies also try to sue me.

I have requested in writing that our account be canceled and we receive a refund. They currently have almost $3,000.00 of our money. Today, May 6, 2006, I received an email from Risk Management Partners LTD stating that they have canceled our account and are preparing a paper to send to us for signature and return for refund. I am not holding my breath that we will ever see a refund. THESE PEOPLE ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS. They took advantage of us when we were having financial problems and have made our financial problems worse than they have ever been!
