Risk Management Partners - Miracle Management Group ripoff, fraud, deceptive recruitment, Carson City Nevada

By reading all the entries at Rip-off Report.com I find that I am not alone in this dilema. The problem is, along with these other people, I do not know what to do.

I researched online some credit consolidating companies back in 2004. I suppose my common sense was distorted because of my desperate situation at the time, and I signed up with this company. I spoke on the phone a number of times with Nancy Sahr and her "understanding" of my situation and her "eagerness to help" convinced me to go with this company.

They have taken my money every month since November of 2004 and I have yet to see any action. I still get calls continuously from collection agencies and now someone is calling saying I am being named a defendent in some type of proceeding. I never answer my phone unless I know who the number is.

I also had been in contact with Tekkain. At the time this person seemed willing to help, but I just emailed him 2 days ago because of this threatening defendent phone call and received a non-delivery of the email.

They also did not take any money this month from my checking account. I do not know what to do about that. If I stop the automatic withdrawals from my end, they might say that I did not stay within the contract. How do I go about trying to get the money back that I have already sent them? It looks as though they cannot be contacted. I am going to try all the numbers I have, but I have a bad feeling after reading all the other letters.

I will be checking this web site everyday for a chance that someone got some results.
