This company started out as Miracle Management. They switched to Risk Management Partners. They have not negotiated a settlement in over 2 years. I am now receiving as many creditor harrasment call as I did before. I don't blame them. This should have been taken care of a long time ago.
They have moved and now their phone numbers do not seem to work. They quit returning my e-mails two week ago.
I have written an e-mail demanding refund and will send a certified letter 5/11/2006 requesting the same.

Folks anyone that has done business with this company and person have been ripped off. All of the e-mail is being returned and their webpage is now offline. The management of the building they are at are sympathetic but there is nothing they can do. H
Hyla Stanton should be hunted down and made to stand trial for mail fraud, internet fraud, telephone fraud, and theft. We are very distressed for everyone in this same position. We pray for the best but are not hopeful any longer that there will be positive resolution to this problem.

They have scammed many people it appears. Never trust anyone with your money. Looks like they have abandoned ship. The 5605 MacArthur 10th Floor address in Irving, Tx 75038 is just part of the electronic wall. They are using a building secretary to forward messages to a bank of answering machines. the Phone Numbers are 972-819-3840 and 972-819-3800.
Good luck getting any answers. I am gearing up on my documentation: the electronic paper trail of the money I have sent them to hand it over to my attorney and then go to the prosecuting attorney on mail fraud charges, and internet fraud charges.

RMP continues to hide behind the electronic wall they have created. They have not sent out the cancellation letter as yet and of course they have not responded to two certified letters. They have four days to respond to my letters and refund my money. At that point I will begin legal action up to and including a lawsuit.

They will begin the paperwork to provide for my refund. We'll see. I have contacted the Arkansas state attorney generals office, and Texas state attorney generals office, and the Federal Trade Commision and filed complaint. The letter arrived after their inquiries. So far I have not called my personal attorney into action. I will be handling the Writ of Garnishment myself that was RMP's fault for not settling when that creditor was willing to settle.

THEY HAVE BEEN E-MAIL UPDATE INFORMATION OVER A PENDING WRIT OF GARNISHMENT FROM A CREDITOR THEY TOLD ME WAS SETTLING 3 MONTHS AGO. THEY ARE CAUGHT IN A LIE. I received two return receipts from information that I sent them by have had no response from that information as well. Anybody dealing with company better contact a lawyer and their state attorney general.

Day 3 and no response as yet. Multiple e-mailing will continue until I receive my green card receipts from certified mailings. Once I receive the cards, I will continue to deluge their system with e-mails and take a copy of the letter and receipt to the Arkansas Attorney General.
