Rita-A-Way Services Inc, Based In CA 2 weeks to get a part for my popular Carrier Brand air conditioning when 2 Companies in Tucson have this part sitting on their shelf and could be delivered the next day, but instead offers to have me pay out of pocket to get a new unit instead of waiting for the part. If I chose the new unit, they were still going to bil AHS Warranty for the compressor and just apply that to my new unit balance. Tucson Arizona, Actually CALIFORNIA BASED

This company is a scam!! It apparently is taking 2 weeks to get a part for my popular Carrier Brand air conditioning when 2 Companies in Tucson have this part sitting on their shelf and could be delivered the next day, but instead the actual owner, Roland offers to have me pay out of pocket to get a new unit instead of waiting for the part. If I chose the new unit, they were still going to be AHS Warranty for the compressor and just apply that to my new unit balance.

AHS Home Warranty will not allow you to switch companies one they have "authorized" the work to be done. So now I get to sit in 110 degree temperature in Tucson, AZ stuck with no air since unfortunately I can't pay the amount of money it would cost to go elsewhere.

AHS say "sorry there is nothing else we can do and Rite-A-Way is stating they are still waiting for the part and will contact you. The owner Roland got so upset that I called him about his scam, he stated he then refused to provide my service. AHS believes Rite-A-Way that will contact me when the part comes in.

Are both these companies for real?????
