I can't give this company any stars, their customer service is sorely lacking, completely unprofessional. The plumbers are overbooked, sent on jobs without having proper equipment, yet expected to make the call anyway. What?. Phone system has no way you can leave a message for a call back, you are supposed to keep calling on the hopes you get thru, Good Luck Don't Bother with this company. They are so screwed up they had to make 3 calls for a couple of leaks due to complete incompetence. I spoke with Cheyenne on Saturday, Marcos office mgr I suppose, was going to call me back yesterday, did not happen. Big Surprise
I assure you if you use this company it will be nothing but a major headache.
Save your self the trouble and call someone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
