Ritz Pix Wolfe Camera Poor customer support Over Charged Bad Prints, Internet

I ordered my prints online and then drove over an hour to pick them up and two hundred dollars worth of photos where all messed up.They where cropped all wrong I ask for gloss finish got matte finish.When I asked the manager about this I was told their was an error and they where working on fixing it.So I had to come back the next day to pick up correct photos still the same bull.

They ask me to log onto the stores computer so they could see my order from my end.So I did and they once again said it was an error on their part.Mind you that my photos have already been paid for.They require prepay online.It took me 3 trips to this store and more money when they did get my order straight(The sale had expired) Really??Called corporate and they basically blew it off.
