Bought a SHSRP r530b microwave from RitzCamera.com. Microwave came damaged externally and internally. was told rma would be sent to return for refund. None ever came. When i asked to speak with manager, i was given a bogus number to call. I was told that they never ship out damaged goods, but the box was not damaged in any way and the microwave was dented in the back and the whole side. if i ever get to send microwave back, they say i must wait up to 15 day for money to be returned.

This is no way to treat a customer. i hope everyone reads this before even thinging about ordering anything from RitzCamera.com website.
