I am writing this post because I am so angry and to report how shameful an online casino could be. My little brother of 14 years old has used my credit card to deposit money at this casino with their 1000% FREE MONEY bonus, he got trapped easily... my birthday was 6 days after and he thought to make me a gift by signing up and depositing money at this casino. I have noticed he was using MY credit card and notified Rivacasino as soon as possible. I have finally received a phone call from their so called fast support 4 days later from a RUDE woman who told me that I am supposed to take my responsibilities since it was MY BROTHER. I told them I was not aware he played with my credit card and that I was going to contact my credit card company. They told me NOT TO CONTACT MY BANK and that I must pay the money my little brother has deposited. They told me my younger brother has benefited from the 1000% bonus (the so called free money) and that I should get my money back from my younger brother who is 14 years old!
This message is for ALL U.K. gamblers who may consider in playing at this fraudulent online gambling site (Rivacasino.com). They don't even refund FRAUDULENT funds so don't except to WIN anything at this casino!
Thanks God we still have some rights thanks to the credit card companies and sites like ripoffreport.com! I will surely get my stolen money back thanks to my credit card company but you may be the next!
