I went in to have my oil changed and van washed. I noticed as the van was leaving the wash, there was still dirt all over it. When I went to the front counter to mention it to someone, they sent a very SNOTTY and rude little girl out there to look at the van. She informed me that it is tar and obviously has been on there for a very long time! Fine!

When I left and arrived at my home which is approximately 2 minutes away, I noticed there was dirt EVERYWHERE. There was dirt in the grill, the door handles, license plate, dried up rainbow colored soap on the hood of the van, brake dust on the rims.

When I called the car wash back, I was given back to the same rude snotty girl that didnt help me before that informed me that it was impossible for me to have any dirt on the running boards of the van since vans dont have running boards. Then sd that she dont have to talk to me. I spent a total of $52.28 at this establishment to get the oil changed and to get my van washed. My van came out looking worse and I dont know if my oil was even changed. They did not even try to make it right. The girl that I spoke to is the manager and more than likely a relative of the owners.

My Side Of The Story

AUTHOR: Tracy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 21, 2008

Mrs. Terry had an oil change and wash done at River Cities Express Carwash. I, the Manager, over heard Mrs. Terry talking on her cell phone, explaining to whomever she was talking to about the process of removing tar from a vehicle. I went and checked her ticket to see if tar removal had been added and it had not. I then knew to watch for her vehicle to exit the wash so I could make sure she did not try to have the tar removed for free. Mrs. Terry did ask the worker to remove the tar and was told of the extra charge to have it removed. At that time she became very loud and rude, stating it was just dirt. I asked her to please come outside and I showed her it was tar, and explained that removing it was much like she had explained to the person on the phone earlier. She left and called to complain again. While on the phone, all she would do was yell at us, not allowing me, nor the cashier to get a word in. I stated that I did not have to listen to her yelling at me. She then hung up.
