Hello, I am the broker/owner of River City Mortgage in California.  We are in no way, shape or form affiliated with this company. We are not a direct lender. We get calls for this company all the time. We just filed for the dba last year and did not realize how much bad press was out about this company. If fact, even when sub-prime mortgage caused the mortgage industry to collapse in the 2005, sub-prime mortgages were a very small portion River City's overalll business. River City has originated over $5 billion dollars in loans over the last seventeen years has has a 96% approval rating from its customers based on customer surveys. River City Mortgage enjoys an outstanding reputation with the communities it serves and the regulatory agencies it reports to, as well as an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. The employees of River City take a great deal of pride providing mortgage to its communities and these type of ANONYMOUS smears deserve to be addressed with the facts.
