Riverbend Pool Company is good at Selling pools and taking your money!!! I agree 100% with previous comments. I built my pool 4 years ago, and I have issues come up with the pool. 4 weeks ago, the pipes busted. Yes I can understand weather. They came out to fix the problem after of course being on a waiting list!! Since they are usually 3 weeks out to go and fix any problems. After replacing parts, (that of course are no longer under warranty) they left and stated everything is running. A couple days later pool didnt work, so I called again. They came out again,  the  service department moved valves, etc when they fixed the pool before so that was reason  pool didn't work.  A couple days later. Oops another problem. The last service person moved something else, they told me no worries, everything running fine. 3rd time out!! within a month.  A day later, the fuse and box blow up!! The service department left me a message on my phone, stating did lighting hit it??? Really I'm in Frisco and no we have had no lighting! I did not have a power outage. Just the pool with problems for weeks. Now he is telling me, if I pay 1900!! It will be fixed and it will have warranty...Really??? The pool is not that old now, it should not have bad problems like this. So expect to pay money after your so called warranty is up. I called and spoke with a Tom, to go over the issues. He was beyond Rude. I did record him on my cell phone. He told me I was just a fish in a sea full of customers.  He told me, you bought a Ferrari of pools. You can drive it off and not expect it to keep running after 3 years! Really!! Or even.." You don't put a hole in your backyard and not expect problems!!! Oh another comment.."You are not the 1st person trying to get something fixed for free". How dare him!! My husband and I do not need the hand out from anyone!! I paid 50k for this pool, I should not have this treatment or these issues. There response is always... we are a  member of the "Master Pools Guild" I could care less, how about training employees on how to treat consumers.  

Save yourself a headache and your money!! They lack customer service skills and will treat you very poorly after your pool is built.
