Read another report re: this dealer from another client which circumstances and promises so similiar to what happened to me. Got me into a high car payment with the promise that if I made timely payments for a year we could re-finance with another company at a lower rate. After one year of doing as instructed - finance manager can't or won't help me and his promises were lies. I too am underwater on car - I have only paid interest on car - remaining payments $ 12,000 to $ 15,000 MORE than what car is worth. Adding insult to injury with this firm, another salesman is trying to steer me to purchase another vehicle. I hope he has stopped contacting me because he now knows I have done some checking around at reputable dealers who showed me how poorly I have been treated by this firm.

Lastly, this morning I had to take my vehicle to this service department for a suspicious noise: they couldn't or wouldn't tell me if covered by warranty. Because of my job.. I had to leave car there for their inspection and I was promised LOANER car since I needed to work at three different office locations for my employer.  They charged me a rental fee of 58.45. All my co-workers were astounded at this treatment by this dealer - promised a loaner car but then when I get there with NO way to get to work.. they rent me car.  PLEASE, PLEASE reconsider a Nissan or anyother vehicle from this disreputable dealer.

Again Jim abuses when he is wrong, Now I get to make fun of him.

So Jim is wrong, we all know this, but I will explain for Jim's edification.

1st The customer is entitled to and must be able to trust what the dealership employees say, or the Dealer is indulging in FRAUD

2nd Re -Financing vehicles is common for sub-Prime borrowers. One of our local dealers does this regardless of make or where the car was purchased. To make it happen all you have to do is be current, have made your payments on time for the loan you want to re-finance and be Upside down for less than 50% of the “Blue Book” on the car. They make pretty solid money on this side enterprise.

3rd Having made the promise to do this the dealer should. Or reveal themselves as scum like this dealer.

4th This where Jim gets to look really bad, Fraudulent dealers hide interest rates, have customers sign incomplete documents and on and on. Some are really good at it and train employees in how to do it sucsessfully.

5th Then add into the mix a customer who actually believes a person who he deals with at a dealer from a International brand will be safe because of the oversight of the manufacturer.

Wow the scum surface and Jim mocks the victim.

Nice guy.

The Blamethrower Game

They didn't get you upside down in the deal...YOU DID! YOU did that by trading in a car you still owed money on, made little or no down payment, financed for an insane length of time or agreed to a high interest rate loan. Those are the ONLY ways you get upside down in the deal. They presented you with a contract which clearly had the terms listed. You agreed to those terms. Did you read what you were signing BEFORE you signed it? NO RIPOFF HERE -- Complainer agreed to the terms of the contract. Complainer knew in advance of being upside down yet went along with it.
