My wife and I ordered a car over 2 months ago to be exact a Q5 and we left a deposit with my credit card. We were told to wait 2 weeks for the car to arrive.
2 weeks went by and we called again . They told us to wait 2 more weeks. Another 2 weeks went by and were told by our salesperson (eddie) to wait more time because Audi of America didn't pay Audi of Europe and the car was still waiting at the port.

2 more weeks went by and no news from them. We decided to call again. This time, salesperson was fired, so we asked for the Sales Manager (Aroon). Aroon tolds us he would call us back, but never got a call from him.
About a week went by or so and we called again. This time Aroon was fired.

We ask for the General Sales Manager and we were told by this individual that he had over 5 thousand cars in Rhode Island or Long Island.. Told us to stop by on a saturday. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it.

The following tuesday, my wife and I stopped by around 6.30pm. and there were no salespeople in this dealership but only the used car manager. We explained our sitution and what the Other Sales Manager tolds us and he couldn't believe "he says" because they had no cars in Rhode Island or Long Island. The used car manager told us that he would make sure the General Manager would call us.

We decided to call the next day and we were told by the secretary that the General Manager or Sales Manager left for vacation..

We called Audi of America to complaint and they told us that they would investigate and promised to call us back the following week.

Audi of America called us to suggest for us to look at another dealership because Riverside Audi did not returned any calls to Audi of America.

The saga continues. The deposit still sits.. and we are still waiting for a call.

If you don't want a similar experience.. Please BOYCOTT RIVERSIDE AUDI OF SECAUCUS NEW JERSEY.
