Rod Rieman, a nationally known con artist and dealer of financial Ponzi scams and fraudulent Healthcare plans, is a member of Riverside Community Church.

One of Rod Rieman's clients - Mr. G. Chase - was not very happy with his losses in the Ponzi scams Rod Rieman sold him, nor was he happy with the way he was treated and the lack of SERVICE he received from Rod Rieman.

Mr. Chase's complaint:
"The Defendants (Rod Rieman and Innovative Financial) are in the business of providing financial advice and supplying information about financial products.

The Defendants provided Mr. Chase with financial advice and information in connection with a number of business transactions.

The Defendants owed Mr. Chase a duty of care in connection with financial advice and information which they provided him.

The Defendants breached their duty of care to Mr. Chase by failing to communicate financial advice and information about Mr. Chases business transactions with the care proper for persons in the business of communicating financial information and advice.

As a result of the Defendants' breach of the duty of care which they owed Mr. Chase, Mr. Chase has suffered damages in excess of the jurisdictional minimum."

Rod Rieman did not respond to Mr. Chase's complaint, nor did he show at the trial to plead his story.

Mr. Chase won by default. He was awarded $1,388,314.50 in compensation.
Rod Rieman was also ordered to pay Mr. Chase a per Diem of $172.42 commencing 12/29/06 until the $1,388,314.50 for damages is paid off. As of 5/25/07 that's an additional $25,345.74 owed to Mr. Chase.
