RIVERSIDE LANDINGS ESTATES LLC PARTNER SLIME- SAYS "SUE ME".. OVER $1700 DEBT HE OWES PERFECT TENANT... FORT LAUDERDALE Florida

PHILLIP FRYBERGH, AKA RIVERSIDE LANDINGS ESTATES LLC, CURRENTLY FOR SALE AS EXCLUSIVE LOTS IN DOWNTOWN FORT LAUDERDALE. FRYBERGH IS A DIRTY GUY. SLUMLORD. HE'S A REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON. THE PROPERTY USED TO HAVE FIVE HOUSES ON IT AND HE HAD A PROPERTY MANAGER RENT THEM OUT MONTH TO MONTH. WE PAID FIRST MONTH AND LAST MONTH TO MOVE IN ON FEBRUARY 1ST, THEN PAID MARCH 1ST, THEN PAID APRIL 1ST, GOT NOTICE TO MOVE. WE LEFT BEFORE MAY 1ST AND TURNED THE KEYS OVER TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER. 2YEARS LATER, STILL TRACKING THIS SCUM. FINALLY, HE TELLS ME TO CALL HIS LAWYER AND IF THE LAWYER SAYS PAY US, HE'LL CUT A CHECK. CALL THE LAWYER, HE SAYS TAKE US TO COURT (OVER $1700) MIND YOU. WELL, HOW MUCH DOES COURT COST? $250 TO FILE. THEN THE LAWYER SAYS, BUT MIND YOU, I'M NOT IN "COLLECTIONS"... YOU'D JUST BE LINED UP WITH ALL THE OTHER JUDGEMENTS AGAINST MR. FRYBERGH.

Well, I figured I'll TELL EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN! Everytime someone searches for the land, they will see this. He is a sheister. I've had to file with the Florida State DBPR and the Realtor's Association against the Property Manager. It's absolutely ridiculous. I only imagine he'll take advantage of the Brokers who have the exclusive listings and cheat them of their commissions somehow and you can bet he'll never perform on the contracts for the land lots Riverside Landings Estates LLC is selling. In all the 2 years since, I can say nothing about dealing with this man nor anything we've learned about him from others that has been fair... not even neutral, just all bad and slimey. Mark my words, this is a disaster in the making for anyone who invests....

I tried calling the news station with the lawyer that does a segment "Help Me Howard", and I emailed them, too, but I guess this is too small fry for them. How does a guy with so many judgements against him get all of these permits and approvals from the city of Fort Lauderdale? Hmmmmmmmmm, is it any wonder? Ahem, No Comment.
