Riverstone Apts SLUM LORD/DIRTY APTS Tucson , Arizona

My husband and I moved in to the Riverstone Apts, in Tucson Az. My husband was transfer here for a job. We lived in the apts on a month to month bases. We had to sell our house out of state and buy another in the meantime we were renting a small apt. We had two big dogs, which we paid a non refundable deposit for, then we paid a refundable deposit. When we gave are 30 day notice, I cleaned the apt and the carpets, which were dirty when we moved in. The apt was cleaner then we moved in.

They did not do a walk through, because they said they were closed, they were still open for 15 mins....she just didnt want to do it. My husband called and they said we can not get whole deposit back, because of the dog smell.....REALLY....that is what the non-refundable deposit was for.......we were the best tenants we paid on time every time.......gave no problems......I HATE RIVERSTONE APTS....THEY KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AT WHATEVER COST......YOU SUCK RIVERSTONE APTS
