My complaint is against RJJ Investment Funding and Sandra LaTour. I am not a partner with RJJ Investment Funding or do I share any other position within the organization. I am a customer of RJJ Investment Funding. The dollar amount involved in this transaction is $8900. The transaction involved took place in February of 2008. The service or loan program was recommended by another broker to help fund a real estate project. I signed a fee agreement and a nondisclosure agreement for her processing, due diligence, and any other costs associated with the transaction and unfortunately gave Sandra LaTour $8900.00 for the handling of my loan transaction.
Immediatley after the agreements were in place and the money was received,Ms LaTour then said there were problems with the loan program and she stopped taking calls or emails and has provided no service on the handling of my loan transaction and no refund.
I have not been able to reach her via phone or email and definitely did not get a refund of the $8900.00. I have not contacted a lawyer yet but will be in the near future. I have made multiple attempts to reach Sandra LaTour with no return correspondence. Do not send money to this company....You will be disappointed and will lose your money!!

Alicia LaTour can be found in Tarrant County, Texas, where she was recently arrested for burglary of a habitation (adverse possession - fraudulently trying to claim "abandoned" property). She might have some knowledge of Sandra's whereabouts!
Check out the local newspaper, the Star Telegram, for more news on this story. Also, Sandra has a Twitter account that lists her address as Dallas. Good luck in finding her, sir.
