Hello my name is Gerald C and I am writing to explain to you my case! I need some tires on after my mechanic had done some repair work on my vehicle a 2006 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum! He did some front end work because my steering system needed new parts which I purchased! After he did all the work he told me to go get tires for my vehicle! I went to this tire shop on 7 mile/Hayes that use to be known as rainbow tires! I know this because I’ve been going there for tires for a long time before the shop was taken over by new management! I went there to get tires the tire guy sold me 2 size 20 tires for about 50 dollars apiece Tuesday March 28^th 2017 at about at around almost noon but when I looked at the tires they seemed like they were not too good but I gave them the benefit of a doubt!  After I received the tires on that day I couldn’t get my wheel alignment until Saturday April 1^st 2017/they told me at the former bel tire shop that before they gave me the alignment the tires were not good that they were almost bald, but I told them I just brought those tires Tuesday/they showed me what was wrong/still was nice enough to give me the alignment anyway, So I called them from a gas station to tell them what the issue was/they told me to be there so they can see it/that they close at 530p.m. so they told me to come down so they can take a look to see if I was there on Tuesday/when I when I got there I showed my receipt to the guy in charge/he told me to get the F out of here! Then he ignored me by helping another customer inside his building then came out after I saw him I said can I receive some serve he told me it was your wheel alignment that was needed! He didn’t want to take responsibly for his actions/treated me as if I was nothing so I said ok/left told him I’m not doing business here anymore more. I want you news 7/all other people to know that you should not do business with these guys/that this is a classic case of a scam of selling a bad product/ripping the customer off for their money! DON’T GO TO R&K AUTO SERVICES ANYONE THE ARABS THERE ARE SCAM ARTIST!
